Animefest week was not normal for me by any stretch of the imagination for us. Robbie got screwed out of a Table and didn't go, which really sucked. Aubrie's costume almost didn't get finished for the cosplay in time and I wasn't able to get my nephew  to the convention either because of everything. I'm exhausted from staying up for 40 hrs straight and Im very upset with how this weekend played out. Because of everything I am making sure that my nephew has a costume to wear at oni con with the girls.

The girls were amazing in the cosplay contest Im so proud of them. They won Best in Youth.

I just got probably the worst news I could hear. I know that the these someones and I are not on the greatest terms, but It still shatters my heart to hear what happened.

I wont say "It's ok" because it's not and it never will be. I will say it will get better with alot of time. Time does heal wounds, I know these one's will not be healed completely, but the pain will ease as the days pass.

Things like this should not happen. No parent should have to bury their child. Especially one that hasn't even had the chance to live.

I Pray that God Makes her an Angel, because that is what she was, and Angel.

This week is full of packing and packing and well more packing >< Next Sunday is our move date and we will be back in Arlington. I haven't lived in Arlington in two years, but I am looking forward to being back close to my friends and family.

Has a great time at Animix, met alot of really coolm people, had fun doing the arm wiggly ( para para for those of you who don't know ) and goofing off with friends, I really hope that I can make it to San Japan, Im ready for those San Japancakes!

OHMYGOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got stimulated by the government, and oh how it felt good. For now I have a new sewing machine. I have the limited edition Project RUNWAY Innov-is 80 Brother. And now I can do more sewing.

It has been crazy around here as of late. Ive been working alot. I got a job at Atria Senior Living Home in Richardson. Its by Richardson Regional. Had to look for a new place, found one and had to do get thru all the paper work and such. We are moving into a house.woOtness!!! its a 4 bedroom 3 and a half bath. its really awesome. Still have sean as a roommate which allows us to get such a nice place. The kitchen is freaking huge. Im excited about not having to be in a box to cook dinner anymore. Wahoo! Been trying to pack some this week there is alot of stuff to be packed. I have stuff at mom and dads and Robbie and I have stuff here. Then there is the stuff that all of share which is the electronics movies books and kitchen stuff. So there is alot to do. My friend Amy ( not fraga ) is moving to Oregan at the end of the month. Been trying to make a day to spend with her. Got my hair bleached out hahahaha yes Im a blonde now, Oddly enough even though im not too big a fan of it alot of people around me really like it. Now I have to get ready to go into arlington and to joe pool for shopping and precamping goodness. This year we are camping out for easter. which is where alot of our money has been going to. Dont you love easter.

Horrray for Harry Potter!

So this has possibly been one of the longest weeks of my life. I spent hours in the er this past weekend keeping my boyfriend from passing back out bc he was overdosed on narcotics, so every time he started to pass out his heart rate dropped and he would stop breathing. Now I'm getting ready to go to a funeral this saturday because his grandmother passed away. Needless to say I am worried about Robbie, there has just been alot of low blows so close together. Monday is going to wrap everything up, bc he has a dr's appointment to find out the results of his catscan, and prolly schedual the surgery for his shoulder

On a brighter note, Progressive actually called me back today,granted I wasnt here when they called, but still, they called. hopefully they will have something for me :)

Today is a bit better, not by much. I still feel pretty drained, well, emotionally anyway.

On a brighter note, I've had some good ol' cosplay stuff to side track me a bit. Trying to get the creative juices flowing. I've got lots of things I want to make this year. I'm also in the midst of planning Aubrie's birthday party. We are doing a joint party with my Aunt Diana again, There isn't much sense in having 2 different parties when over half of the guests with be the same, and Aubrie and Hayden's Birthdays are only about a week apart. But yea, lots of fun stuff. Hehe. I got some gift shopping done already, I went to the Disney Store yesterday and they were having this awesome sale. I picked some jeans that Aubrie saw before Christmas that she liked. They have Snow White on embroidered on the leg with flowers and Ivy around her. They were originally 29.99 and I payed a whole of 9.99 for them woOt for bad ass sales. I also picked up a $15 blue and white striped shirt with Princess written in gold across the chest to go with the pants for $5, and a cool pop up play tent that is made like a castle that she can crawl into and play in, and again, I only paid 9.99 for it. I love sales, bc it means I can buy more gifts for Aubrie hehehehe.

This weekend was a rough weekend. Now, usually my rants are about my parents, this is far from that.

Robbie dislocated his shoulder friday night while trying to close the trunk of my car. Now usually you would think, ok, no big deal, the Dr's can pop it back in when we get to the ER. WRONG! We get there, and sit in the waiting room for a ok amount of time. They got us back there in a timely manner, and the nurses were really nice and the attending DR was pretty kool, and he also looked like groucho marx which was highly amuseing. I turn on the T.V. in the little room that we were sitting in that way Robbie could have something to distract him, and also myself from the situation at hand. It worked rather well because Airforce One was on and he really likes Harrison Ford movies, so it was a Win for that. The Phlabotomist guy came in first. He came in all ready to draw blood for labs and put the I.V. in Robbie's arm. Now tell me, what is wrong with this picture. Why would Robbie need labs if he is just in for a dislocated shoulder? So the guy went and checked on it and verified that he didnt need to draw blood for labs. By the time this was straightned out the X-Ray guy came down to take Robbie up to get his shoulder zapped with radiation so the Dr.'s can see the inside of it. After this the phlabotomist guy put the I.V in and went on his way, he was actually amusing bc we sat there and talked about Airforce One while waiting for Robbie to get back from getting X-rayed. Next Nurse #1 came in and shot Robbie up with Dilotid ( synthasized Heroine ) and something for nausea, then she left and came back again, this time with another shot. This one was Vallume. So yea, Robbie was pretty doped up. About an hour or so passed and the pain meds started to ware off a little bit. So the Dr.s come in to attempt to relocate his shoulder. Mind you, this is just the first attempt. They shoot him up again with Dalotid, remember this one is the synthesized heroine. They tried the normal routine to put his shoulder back in, which didnt work, then they tried to flip him over on his belly and to tie the weight to his arm, this didnt work either. So they moved us to the major trauma room. There they decided to dose him with what i believe they called Versalin ( or something like that ) its pretty much like morphine. They asked me to sign a waver for them to administer it to him, and were a bit superised to find out that I wasnt his wife, so they asked him to sign it.Then for some Odd reason asked me to step out to the waiting area. I didnt much like this, I could hear Robbie yelling all the way down the hall, and Im sorry, that is just a bit too much to stomach when you can see what is going on. I felt insanely paniced at that point in time. When that attempt didnt work they let me come back down. It only took about 5 minutes, but it felt like forever. After that they decided to call in an orthopediest to put his shoulder back in, since their attempts were failing. This is where the stupidity kicks in. And right now I really really want to kick this Dr.'s ass. The on-call orthopedist comes in, and looks at the charts and starts asking me odd questions, like why did Dr. Hamm order a Catscan instead of and MRI on Robbie and crap like that. I still dont see the relevance that it had to the situation at hand. Well this Dr, genuis that he is, tells Nurse #2 to give him yet another dose of Delotid and Versalin. This pushed Robbie into what is pretty much a controlled coma, the Dr has the other Dr or Nurse pull on a sheet that is around Robbie's body while he pulled down on his arm and "pop" it went right back in. Then he proceeded to say, "now that didnt take that long, now did it?" and come over and shake my hand and then leave. Then the nurse said that they can be a bit cockey at times. The nurse immeaditly went and grabbed the narcautic reversal and vallume reverstal to try to take the effects of all of the crap that they shot him up with. Yea...it didnt work. It took hours to pull him out of that state. He almost fucking died, bc he was soooo doped up that he would fall right back to sleep and forget to breath. I saw his lips turn blue. That is one of the scariest things ever. Even when he was partially coherent he would forget to breath. I had to sit there for about 4 hours just so I could keep him awake. They shot him up at least 4 times with the narcautic reversal, and it still didnt work, so they had to order a drip. Finally the nurse allowed me to get him a sandwich, and we turned back on the T.V. to which fresh prince of belair was on, and caught his attention. The food and fluids along with the narcautic reversal drip gave his body what it needed to stay awake and coherant enough to breathe. We still had to sit there for about another 2 hours bc he wasnt breathing properly without oxygen, again, bc of all the shit they shot him up with. We got home close to 8:30 am, Thank God he is ok. I have only been this scared once before, but Im not getting into that one right now. Im so pissed at the fucking dipshit that did that to him. The iceing on the cake is the quote from Nurse #2 which was "this is exactly what we were trying to avoid"

Im stressed, I wont deny it. I thought this year would be awesome. I had a great start to it. New job, a boyfriend, and good friends. But no, I should have realized, nothing is ever easy for me. Robbie and I are doing great, Aubrie is becoming better behaved slowly, and now im back on adderall and zoloft so im dealing with my crazy ass mom better. Now here is the kicker, Robbie's shoulder dislocated about a week ago. I took him to the ER and the Doctors were able to get in back in place after a while. Tomorrow he has to go see an orthopedist about it. In which he is fairly certian that the Dr is going to send him back to surgery to repair his shoulder. Hence the stress. I have never been in a situation like this. Im handleing it to the best of my ability. I know far worse things could happen, so Im trying to not stress so bad and just take care of what needs to be taken care of. I just wish sometimes, that things would stay at a normal pace for once and quit thowing me for a loop. so yea, there is my update, crazy stuff happening and other than that things are good.
